By accessing or using Log My Trade ("we", "our", or "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Log My Trade is a web-based platform designed to help traders record, analyze, and improve their trading performance. The Service includes features such as trade journaling, analytics dashboards, performance metrics, image uploads, and integrations with third-party tools like Supabase, Bunny.net, and Stripe.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your country) to use Log My Trade. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the authority to agree to these Terms.

4. Account Registration

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Keep your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Do not share access or impersonate another user.

5. Subscription and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely through Stripe or other authorized providers. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly, annual, or lifetime).

• You may cancel your subscription anytime via your account settings.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Payments already made are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Use of the Service

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
• Do not upload or distribute illegal or harmful content.
• Do not reverse-engineer or resell the Service.
• Do not attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of your trade data, screenshots, and other materials ("User Content"). By uploading, you grant Log My Trade a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store and display your content solely to operate the Service.

8. Data and Privacy

• We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, designs, and software related to Log My Trade are owned by Riccardo Giorgi and protected by copyright law. You may not copy or distribute any part of the Service without written consent.

10. Third-Party Services

Log My Trade integrates with trusted providers such as Supabase, Bunny.net, Stripe, and Resend. These services have their own terms and privacy policies, which you must also comply with.

11. Termination

You may stop using Log My Trade at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data may be permanently deleted after a grace period.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that Log My Trade will always be secure or error-free.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Riccardo Giorgi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Log My Trade. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The date above will always show the latest version. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict of law principles.
